Tight trunk
Because the Lexus is a sedan with a trunk and not a hatchback, it makes it much harder to fit in batteries while still allowing for storage space. The HS250h has three cubic feet less storage space than a Prius and much less than the Audi A3. That's a significant compromise in practicality.
