Current openings: 220
IT positions, quality assurance, 51 interns, and a number of stockbroker positions.

Any résumé tips?
I don't want to have to search to try to find out if the candidate has the skill set we're looking for. Their objective should be for that particular position.

What should applicants know in advance?
The candidate needs to have the right attitude. You want to see enthusiasm when they talk about prior experience and projects. They need to have a passion for what they do.

How do you beat the competition in a tough job market?
Keep your skills up to date, especially in tech, which changes on a regular basis. Take continuing education courses about new technology as it becomes available, and get certification as necessary. --Interview with Stacey Hattle, HR director
