Fortune 500 rank: 64
Current openings: More than 3,500
We have openings in sales and sales management.

What are you looking for?
We hire individuals who are entrepreneurial. We seek good communications skills, because helping people solve their financial needs requires those who listen carefully and speak well. And we look for people who are coachable, since being a good agent or manager requires lifelong learning as products, laws and regulations change over time.

Any secrets to impressing your recruiter? If you present yourself well, listen well, ask good questions and show a willingness to help others, the candidate is usually on a good track. Candidates from education, social work, real estate and other similar fields typically do well in our interviews.
