What are they looking for?
Individuals with deep experience in finance, business performance management, procurement, and logistics. Significant knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Hyperion or other technology platforms and tools are also very attractive.

How to impress their recruiters
Show passion for the role and also some familiarity with Ernst & Young. Take time to review their recruiting tools for experienced and campus recruits before interviewing.
