Baths reborn
Indianapolis
BEFORE ... AND AFTER
1 2
One instant improvement for the loft's two bathrooms was replacing the towels with softer, fluffier ones.

The downstairs bath also needed new lighting fixtures and a nice rug. "We don't want people focusing on the floors," said Vegas.

The tile was regrouted and some of the fixtures were replaced as well. All this was to heighten the feeling that the entire apartment was clean and sanitary.

The master bath got a more complete makeover with the cabinet doors lacquered a shiny white. New Corian countertops with double sinks and new floor tile were also added.

Costs here were kept low because the counters were ordered to match the kitchen, and the floor tiling was minimal because the space was small.
