Best musical synthesizer: I Am T-Pain

With this app, everyone can sound like a warbly-voiced pop artist. Rapper-turned-singer T-Pain, of "I'm N Luv (Wit A Stripper)" and "I'm on a Boat" fame, makes ample use of the pitch corrector AutoTune for his distinctive vocals. Now you can, too.

This app lets you record with the aid of AutoTune, which Cher also used on her hit "Believe," as you sing along with one of four T-Pain tracks (additional songs are available for $1 each). Or, you can craft your own vocals over seven "original beats" that are also included. One tap lets you email or post to your Facebook wall to share your vocal stylings with friends.
