Chevrolet Sonic
The Sonic is General Motors' replacement for the much-maligned Chevrolet Aveo. GM promises agile ride and handling from the Sonic, which GM boasts will be the only American-built small car on the market.

The Sonic will be available with 5- and 6-speed transmissions and it will be available with a 138-horsepower turbocharged engine.
