The Escape Hybrid is the grand-daddy of hybrid SUVs but, being largely unchanged for years, it is starting to show its age.

The good news is that it's still a pretty good crossover SUV and its fuel economy remains impressive. One more bit of good news: An all-new version is expected fairly soon that will take this little SUV in a stylish new direction.

The fuel mileage figures in this gallery are for all-wheel-drive vehicles. Prices show the range between two-wheel- and all-wheel-drive models.
