Dodge gets a big helping of Fiat small-car technology with a new compact sedan based on the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Fiat will also provide one of its signature MultiAir engines. Its success is critical to Dodge's makeover from a performance brand to one more attuned to the needs of the average consumer.
