Under the leadership of Bonforte, who came on in 2008 and was formerly a VP with Yahoo, the e-mail helper (that company name is "inbox" backwards) has rolled out Smartr, a free plugin for Gmail that streamlines contacts and pulls useful information from your inbox. Xobni is available for Gmail and Outlook, and on mobile with iPhone, Android, and Blackberry. The service has had over 10 million downloads and works to create an "implicit social graph" based on which contacts you email with most frequently.
