25. Ronnie Screwvala
Company: UTV Software Communications
Country: India
Title: CEO
Age: 54

Ronnie Screwvala is the man who modernized his country's beloved film industry, a.k.a. Bollywood. He's become a go-to guy for American media companies seeking a foothold in India -- a Disney subsidiary owns a 32% stake in UTV, and Bloomberg started a business news channel with Screwvala. But the entrepreneur is going Hollywood too. He co-produced Mira Nair's film The Namesake and the Chris Rock comedy I Think I Love My Wife with Fox. Analysts expect the company to boost revenue 45% to $225 million -- a growth rate that makes UTV, in movie parlance, a blockbuster.
