In the first quarter, Ford and Chevy held on to their positions as the two top-selling brands in the U.S., but they were followed by Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai, and Kia. Momentum favors the imports. The more customers they corral, the more their acceptance grows, and the greater becomes the potential for repeat buyers.
