Designer shoes don't have to cost. That's the mantra of DSW, the Columbus, Ohio-based shoe retailer that sells footwear at affordable prices. CEO Michael MacDonald, who joined the company in 2009, has helped shaped DSW into a $1.8 billion business with more than 300 stores in over 40 states.
