Jet lag doesn't affect me since I work two shifts back-to-back. Wherever I am, my day usually ends at 7 p.m. I relax for a few hours, then begin again. It's not uncommon for me to have calls at 11 p.m., 1 a.m., and 5 a.m. I'm pretty good at sleeping in three-hour chunks.
