The first floor of NetApp headquarters is a sprawling, $4 million fitness complex, complete with a basketball court, two massage rooms, and exercise rooms that accommodate about 34 classes a week. Since it was built in 2009, the company gym has become a hub for the data storage provider with Ping-Pong, billiards tournaments, and a basketball league. When the weather is nice, employees head to a sand volleyball court outside.
