The billionaire's club

Mark Zuckerberg owns around 28% of Facebook, and is poised to become one of the 50 richest people on Earth. Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz is also in line to score big, as is Zuckerberg's indispensable number two, Sheryl Sandberg.

Several early investors will also reap big rewards. Angel investor Peter Thiel put up $500,000 for Facebook's first financing round, back in mid-2004. Jim Breyer's venture capital firm Accel Partners owns a big stake, as does Yuri Milner's DST Global.
