Jaguar promises powerful performance from a 340 horsepower supercharged V6 engine that will come in the sporty XE S model. The XE S will be capable of getting to 60 miles an hour in just under four seconds, according to Jaguar.
The car will have an eight-speed automatic transmission that can be controlled with steering-wheel paddles. Top speed will be computer-limited to 155 miles per hour. Details about other engine options will be announced later.
