President, Marvel Studios

The Avengers, released in May, reaped $207 million on its first weekend. That's the biggest movie opening ever. As head of Marvel Studios, Feige produced that and other hits, like Thor and Captain America, but he isn't resting on his laurels. It's full speed ahead on projects like Iron Man 3 and Guardians of the Galaxy. Feige was named president in 2007 but has been with Marvel since 2000 and produced both Iron Man films, which together grossed $630 million.

Intern: Feige interned with Superman director Richard Donner as a film student. That was the last job application he ever filled out.
