Chairman and CEO, PetSmart

While revenue growth at PetSmart (PETM, Fortune 500) was less than what it was last year, net income was up nearly 25% and Bob Moran is still at the head of a company that managed a remarkable turnaround after facing stiff competition from large retailers like Wal-Mart (WMT, Fortune 500). It has done this by expanding into more personalized service such as Doggie Day Camps and pet hotels. Starting next year, the company plans to expand its web services, enabling customers to reserve pet rooms and other services online. --OA
