New moms at Adobe(ADBE) can take six months of paid time off.
The company announced Monday that starting in November, birth moms will be offered 26 weeks of paid leave: 10 weeks of medical leave and 16 weeks if they are the primary caregiver.
The software company also increased leave for non-primary caregivers to four weeks of paid leave.
