Nissan Tackles The F-Word
(Business 2.0) – Ford and GM are in the crosshairs as Nissan's Titan pickup rolls into showrooms on Dec. 1. Nissan's first entry in the full-size category is a direct challenge to Detroit's fattest cash cows. (Ford, for example, is on track to sell roughly 820,000 F-series trucks this year.) Nissan hopes to sell 100,000 Titans in 2004. It's an ambitious goal, but early rave reviews suggest it's not out of reach. |
