(Business 2.0) – Following the disappointing talks in Miami last November, the free trade agenda is stuck in neutral. Agriculture will be the focus in mid-February as trade ministers from the 34 countries backing the Free Trade Agreement of the Americas meet in Mexico. One sure topic of discussion: $20 billion in U.S. agricultural subsidies on goods such as grains and cotton.
