It's been a rough stretch of years for the multibillion dollar pharmaceutical company, which has just recently had a major leadership shake-up. Former CEO Bill Weldon announced in February that he would step down as CEO to be replaced by Alex Gorsky -- former vice chairman for J&J.

The leadership change happened after a long series of recalls and lawsuits at J&J. Most recently, an Arkansas judge slapped the company with a $1.2 billion fine on charges that it engaged in dishonest marketing practices of the antipsychotic drug Risperdal.
