(FORTUNE Magazine) – PHILADELPHIA -- According to District Attorney Ronald Castille, Community Development Block Grant funds intended to rehabilitate abandoned houses were conveyed to the Community Action Movement, a group headed by Gerald Ford Africa. Mr. Ford Africa is also the minister of information for MOVE, the radical back-to-nature group . . . The money was funneled through . . . the Inner City Organizing Network . . .
