(FORTUNE Magazine) – WASHINGTON -- A federal judge ruled that the Library of Congress was denying equal access to blind people by eliminating Braille issues of Playboy from its shelves . . . U.S. District Judge Tom Hogan said the library violated the First Amendment rights of the blind by failing to offer the magazine in a way that is readable to them. But the judge stopped short of ordering the library to return the magazine to its shelves . . . The Braille version of Playboy contains no pictures . . . -- From a UPI dispatch.
