(FORTUNE Magazine) – Stumped on how to control health care costs? Try a little transcendental meditation. A recent study showed that individuals over 40 who meditate 20 minutes twice a day have 74% fewer doctor visits and 69% fewer hospital admissions than the general population.

. --The American Trucking Associations says the U.S. will face a major shortage of truck drivers in several years as fewer white males -- who have traditionally held these jobs -- enter the work force. The association predicts that this shortage will lead to a decline in truck sales and an increase in trailers as truckers save on drivers by carrying larger loads on fewer trips.
