Rumors abound that Dubai's Sheikh Maktoum al Maktoum, Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing, or Britain's very own Lord Hanson, chairman of the Hanson conglomerate, may launch a rescue mission. But as demonstrated at left, the scuttlebutt has done nothing to stem suggestions for other uses for the ten-million-square-foot albatross.
