(FORTUNE Magazine) – Lots of critics panned A Knight's Tale (starring Heath Ledger, above), but David Manning of Connecticut's Ridgefield Press loved it. Too bad he's a creation of the Sony Pictures advertising department. Last week, Sony admitted that some staff members made up Manning's quotes and ran them in ads for four films. A phony in Hollywood? We're shocked.
