This scandal has everything, including an unsavory antagonist in the guise of a Ukrainian ice-dancing judge. After being caught on tape trying to rig the outcome in Nagano, he resurfaced in Salt Lake City to judge the same competition. We give the guy a perfect 6.0, for audacity.
