Once you've shared steaks and cosmos with FSB (Drinks With, March 2004), you'll always be one of ours. Frank's windfall—a record sum in the liquor business—came from the sale of Grey Goose vodka to Bacardi in June. In September he set a record of a different kind with a $100 million gift to Brown University—the largest bequest by one person for a single purpose in Brown's history. Frank, 85, chairman and CEO of Sidney Frank Importing, attended Brown for just one year. He had to leave when he ran out of money.
