The job: Management consultants help businesses improve the way they operate. As a consultant, you'll train clients on business development and designs systems and procedures that will enable the organization to run more efficiently. The job's responsibilities may include modeling, analysis and research for specific business design efforts. Travel is often involved, but since you're a consultant there's some flexibility. You choose which clients you want to work with and how many hours you want to put in.
