Compare North Logan to Top 10 Best Places
Almost two hours north of Salt Lake City, this small town is a more rural alternative to nearby Logan, where many residents work. Agriculture--dairy, in particular--is big around here, though Utah State University is the townís largest employer. North Logan lies in a valley surrounded by mountains, giving it a slightly isolated feel. Homes range from $200,000 for a typical three-bedroom to high in the millions; many come to North Logan for serious acreage. Thereís not much of a downtown yet, but itís a short drive to shopping centers in the area. --A.W.Subscribe to Money Magazine
