(MONEY Magazine) – This season, here are the best flea markets across the country: -- J&J Promotions Antiques & Collectibles Show, Brimfield, Mass. (May, July and September; 413-245-3436): You'll find schoolhouse quilts, mission oak, Bakelite radios and more. More than 750 dealers cover the 40-acre field for Thursday-through-Saturday shows. -- Annex Antiques Fair & Flea Market, Ave. of the Americas at 25th St., New York, N.Y. (Saturday and Sunday; 212-243-5343): Andy Warhol was a regular shopper here, discovering treasures that were auctioned for big bucks after his death. About 200 dealers hold court. -- Renninger's Antique Markets, Kutztown and Adamstown, Pa. (weekly; 717-385-0104): The Renninger family runs two markets all year. Kutztown, begun in 1955, hosts 250 antiques dealers on Saturdays. Twenty miles away, Adamstown opens every Sunday, with about 600 dealers. -- Scott Antique Market, Atlanta Exposition Center, Atlanta, Ga. (second weekend of every month; 614-569-4912): Lots of folk art and southern primitives; 1,200 dealers. -- Springfield Antique Show & Flea Market, Springfield, Ohio (monthly except July; 513-325-0053): On the two Extravaganza weekends, more than 2,000 dealers show. Look for 1920s Ohio Roseville pottery. -- Caravan Antiques Market, Centreville, Mich. (second Sunday of every month, May through August and October; 312-227-4464): ''No tube socks, just quality oak and walnut furniture,'' says manager Robert Lawler -- plus an unusual 10- day money-back guarantee. -- Kane County Flea Market, St. Charles, Ill. (first Sunday and preceding Saturday every month; 708-377-2252): About 40 miles west of Chicago, this market draws some 1,500 dealers during the summer. -- First Monday Trade Days, Canton, Texas (monthly; 214-567-6556): Nearly 3,000 dealers gather for four days before the first Monday of every month, serving up a fifty-fifty ratio of new goods to old. -- Rose Bowl Flea Market, Pasadena, Calif. (second Sunday of every month; 213-587-5100): Begun in 1968, this market boasts 1,500 dealers from all over the West and Midwest. Art Nouveau and Art Deco are strong sellers here.
