President Clinton will talk economics, crisis management and trade with 22 world leaders at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meeting in Kuala Lumpur. One notable absentee: Boris Yeltsin. 19-21 CLINTON VISITS KOREA AND JAPAN. During the summer it was China. Now, following the APEC summit, Clinton will reinforce key relationships with leaders in Tokyo and Seoul. DECEMBER 1 PURCHASING MANAGERS REPORT.
