INVESTING PHILOSOPHY The majority of my investment is in my economic-research firm, Case Shiller Weiss. Other than that, I was 100% in stocks from 1982 to 1996. I've pulled out gradually and was mostly out by 1998 (except for the mutual funds in my retirement plan). I plan to get back in a significant way--when the Dow goes below 7000.
