Manager Likes Oil Stocks--Overseas

(MONEY Magazine) – Charlie Ober, the manager of this month's top-performing Money 50 fund, T. Rowe Price New Era, is upping his stake in overseas oil companies, arguing that despite the huge gains that energy stocks have already seen, the run isn't over yet.
