(MONEY Magazine) – A recent Customer Rage Survey (that's right) has found some problems with the state of customer service in America (see Rage-O-Meter). Advice: Whether you want an apology (54% of respondents did) or restitution (67%), a spokesman for the survey says, "Abandon any attitude of entitlement and offer the same respect you seek."
