GREECE - Deutsche Telekom AG of Germany acquired a 19.999% stake, or 98.026 mil ordinary shares, in Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA {OTE SA}, an Athens-based provider of communications network, from Marfin Investment Group Holdings SA, for 26 euros ($40.9 US) per share, or a total value of 2.549 bil euros ($4.009 bil), in a privately negotiated transaction. The transaction was subject to regulatory and shareholders approvals.
