RUSSIA - OAO Saturn, a wholly-owned unit of Russian state-owned OAO OPK Oboronprom acquired a 19.27% stake, or 64,100,380 ordinary shares, in OAO Ufa Engine Industrial Association, an Ulfa-based manufacturer of engines, for 3.140 bil Russian roubles ( $132.563 mil US), in a privately negotiated transaction.
