AUSTRALIA - Newmont Mining Corp definitively agreed to acquire the remaining 33.33% stake, which it did not already own, in Boddington Gold Project, located in Western Australia, a gold mining project, from joint venture partner AngloGold Ashanti Ltd, for $1.09 bil US.
