SYNOPSIS
UK - Hercules Property Services PLC agreed to acquire the entire issued share capital of Gross Fine (Holdings) Ltd, London-based residential property management company, for 13.2 mil pounds ($18.85 mil) in cash and loan notes. Following completion the vendors of Gross Fine will buy back that company's commercial property agency division for 0.2 mil pounds ($0.284 mil).
