SYNOPSIS

CANADA - Shoshone Silver Mining Co (SS) signed letter of intent to acquire a 60% interest in Blende Silver-Lead-Zinc project, located in Yukon Territory, a silver, lead and zinc mining property, for 0.96 mil Canadian dollars ($0.072 mil US). The transaction was to consists of C$0.025 ($0.01) mil in cash and 0.1 mil SS common shares, valued at C$0.71 mil ($0.053 mil).
