SYNOPSIS

MALAYSIA - Mexter Technology Bhd acquired a 60% interest, or 0.60 mil shares, in Tonerex Technologies Sdn Bhd, a test measurement system services provider, from Mr. Tan Kim Boon (24%), Mr. Tan Kin Kheng (22.8%), and Mr. Lo Mooi Lee (13.2%), for 2.7 mil Malaysian ringgit ($0.720 mil US) in cash.
