SYNOPSIS

JAPAN - Pan Pacific Advisory Services acquired a 19.26% stake, or 62.5 mil newly issued ordinary shares, on a fully-diluted basis, in Nanno Construction Co Ltd (NC), a provider of civil engineering services, for 68 Japanese yen ($0.595 US) in cash per share, or a total value of 4.25 bil yen ($37.205 mil), in a privately negotiated transaction. Concurrently, Rolyal Toshijigyo Kumiai, Aurora Investment Toshijigyo Kumiai and Rocket High Investments Ltd planned to acquire 18.8% stake, 6.16% stake and 3.08% stake in NC.
