SYNOPSIS

GERMANY - Dawnay Day Treveria PLC (DD) of the UK, agreed to acquire 2 undisclosed retail property portfolios, for 232 mil euros ($261.164 mil US). The first portfolio was to include 139 high street properties. The second portfolio (SP) was to include 3 city and town center properties comprised of 3 department stores located in Neunkirchen, Worms, and Solingen, 8 C&A department stores located in Elmshorn, Herne, Ludwigshafen, Moers, Neuss, Offenbach, and Schweinfurt and 2 department stores located in Kempten and Pforzeim. The transaction was subject to regulatory approvals. Originally, DD agreed to acquire SP, for 121 mil euros ($146.628 mil US).
