Eastman Chemical names Curtis E. Espeland new CFO
Curtis E. Espeland to succeed Richard A. Lorraine as Eastman Chemical chief financial officer
NEW YORK (Associated Press) - Eastman Chemical Co. said Tuesday that Curtis E. Espeland will succeed Richard A. Lorraine as chief financial officer upon Lorraine's Sept. 1 resignation.
Espeland, 44, is currently chief accounting officer and will be succeeded in that post by Scott V. King, 39.
Lorraine, 62, who also is senior vice president, will stay with Eastman performing various functions until the end of the year.
Brian Ferguson continues as chairman and chief executive officer, and James P. Rogers remains president.
The company, which makes chemicals, fibers and plastics, also disclosed several other personnel transitions.
