Lehman Names Bourgeois Co-Head, Global Institutional Distrib

Lehman Brothers (LEH) named Mark Bourgeois as managing director and co-head of Global Institutional Distribution with a focus on alternative products.

The New York investment bank said Bourgeois will join Managing Director Eric Johnson in May as co-head of Global Institutional Distribution.

Lehman said Bourgeois previously led UBS AG's (UBS) UBS Private Funds Group for eight years.
