Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation Declares Cash Dividend

ALTAVISTA, Va., Feb. 10, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) (OTCQX:PPBN), the one-bank holding company for First National Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share on February 9, 2016, payable March 4, 2016 to shareholders of record as of February 19, 2016. 

The cash dividend is an increase from the $0.085 per share paid to shareholders last quarter and marks the fourteenth consecutive quarter that a dividend has been declared.  Pinnacle previously released its fourth quarter and 2015 earnings on February 5, 2016.
