S2C Global Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: STWG) will joint venture with San Diego-based green technology developer, Convergitech, Inc. (CTI). The first product of the strategic alliance is the introduction of CTI's proprietary system for the production of purified water from air, known as the "AquaPur System," combining it with S2C's "S2C AquaDuct," to commercially produce and deliver pure water at shopping malls and other public and business facilities, providing long-term, expanding revenue streams for both companies.

Initial micro-bottling plants and sales/distribution centers will be located in Houston and Dallas, Texas. Each micro-bottling plant will service forty (40) Aquaduct retail outlets. The companies expect to expand into multiple markets nationwide over the first two years and will use the United States as the test market for Canada, Europe, and the rest of the world. S2C expects to announce shortly a development partner who will provide special expertise to quickly penetrate the two Texas markets and provide the model for development partners in other markets.
