Panasonic System Networks Company of America Established to Offer Integrated B2B Solutions for Small-to-Medium-Sized Businesses
Marketwire

Panasonic System Networks Company of America has been established as a comprehensive enterprise solutions provider for small-to-medium-sized businesses struggling with increasingly sophisticated workplace needs. The company was created by integrating the operations of two pre-existing organizations that both focused on the small-to-medium-sized business customer: Panasonic Communications Company of North America and Panasonic System Solutions Company.

The new company's expertise extends from business communications systems, including PBX telephony, to security and surveillance systems, imaging, including medical and other video cameras, document scanning and interactive whiteboards, retail systems, including POS terminals and wireless audio headset systems. Panasonic will also continue to maintain its market and technology leadership in consumer communications products like the familiar Panasonic cordless phones and network camera systems.

"Our small-to-medium-sized business customers have been telling us they want simple, integrated solutions, that help them serve their customers better, and now the merging of the two business divisions has given us a powerful integrated product portfolio and technical resources to help them create a better end-user experience," said Bill Taylor, president of the new company. "We now have much greater flexibility in creating tailored one-stop-shopping solutions built around networkable and interoperable products designed to improve the interaction that small business owners desire for their customers. With this same customer focus, we expect to continue to maintain Panasonic's leadership in communications and productivity products for the home and home office."
